ONLINE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We will happily accept unworn or undamaged jewelry for exchange or refund within 14 days of ship date when purchased from KatieKashmiry.com. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Product returned between 15 and 30 days of ship date will receive credit as a digital gift card. To return or exchange an item purchased online, please contact us by email. Once your return is processed, a credit will be issued for the merchandise. Please allow 5 – 7 business days for the refund to post to your account.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on custom monogrammed items.
Jewelry purchased through other retailers are not eligible for exchange or store credit on KatieKashmiry.com. Please work directly with the retailer where your jewelry was originally purchased.
We offer free USPS priority shipping on all orders to the continental United States. Priority mail delivers in 1-3 business days after the ship date. When your order ships, you will receive an email notification with USPS tracking information.
Please contact us if you require alternative shipping needs, such as expedited or international shipping.
PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are processed, shipped and delivered Monday through Saturday. All orders placed on Sunday will be processed the following business day. Order processing time includes item casting, fabrication, handling, packaging and shipping. While most orders are ready to ship, some orders take additional time. We’re a small operation, therefore please allow 3-5 days for processing.
In the event you need your order ready to ship in less than 5 business days, please contact us. We are happy to expedite processing and shipping when possible.
We accept the following payment methods: PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, JCB and Diners Club, debit cards, and prepaid debit cards. Checks and money orders are not accepted.
If you wish to have your jewelry repaired, we offer services that cover day to day wear and tear for a nominal fee. Please contact us by email to discuss repair options.
