Fine jewelry requires care and maintenance.
Sterling silver tarnishes in the presence of common everyday items that contain sulfur, such as leather, rubber, chlorine, and perspiration. Over time, air pollutants, dust, perspiration, salt water, perfumes and other natural elements can make jewelry and gemstones appear dull. Because these substances cannot be completely avoided, it is recommended that sterling silver be routinely wiped down with a jewelry polishing cloth. We recommend having your jewelry professionally cleaned once a year. When not in use, store your jewelry in the pouch you received when purchased.
Personally inspect your jewelry as you wear it by looking for loose or chipped stones, worn links, bent prongs, or malfunctioning clasps. If a problem is found, please contact us or bring it to your local jeweler immediately for repair to prevent more extensive damage or loss.
Some of our designs are often featured with a satin matte finish. Since the matte finish is topical, it will shine up over time with normal wear. Some people prefer a polished look and others prefer a matte finish. We can re-matte or high gloss polish jewelry upon request.
We are always happy to help you care for your jewelry by cleaning and polishing it, tightening clasps and checking gemstones. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for inquires related to care or repairs.
